In this episode, I interview Madison Kalleske. Madi is a personal trainer and fitness professional based in the Barossa Valley, South Australia. I’ve been a client of hers for a number of years. She is also one of my yoga clients and I’ve been enjoying working with her over the last 8 months as she’s been growing a baby.

“Having a baby is not as simple as doing the deed to have a baby. It’s definitely everything you can do preconception, and that is obviously getting yourself healthy and well, but (also) learning as much as you can about the things that your body is going to go through.”
