Aliveness
What is 'aliveness'?
Why is it important and how does it contribute to wellbeing?
In this episode, Leah explores the concept of aliveness - what it is, what it means and how to connect with it to bring about a deeper state of wellbeing.
This episode was inspired by Roselie Rasmussen of One Health Massage who brought up this topic in a recent co-working session. Roselie is a wholistic health care provider. She is based near Darrington in Washington, USA. Check out her writings here: https://onehealthmassage.com/blog/
